on a mission
We know farmers, ranchers, and rural Americans to be some of the strongest people we know. So why is it that life expectancy is lower and heart disease is 15-20% higher in rural communities than our suburban and urban counterparts?
While multi-faceted, research points to obesity, high blood pressure and physical inactivity as leading indicators to this gap.
Rural America’s Gym is on a mission to put nutrition and health back into the hands of the very people who feed, teach, and nourish the world.
WE BELIEVE
that life is worth LIVING.
Never to be limited by preventable illness, lack of strength or inability to move freely.
WE BELIEVE
in challenging the narratives that have long defined how we eat & move out here. Vegetables aren’t rabbit food and we don’t wear our aches & pains like badges of honor.
WE BELIEVE
in the power that comes from caring for the body God gave us to interact with His creation.
Give yourself a fighting chance. At the wealth that is health. The joy that is movement. And the power that is capability. For yourself, your family, your community.
You can find us fighting for it. We hope you will too.

HI! We're Abby & Alli.
Identical twins.
Connoisseurs of good snacks.
Capability chasers.
Rural Americans.
As the seventh generation on our family's farm, we're a couple farm girls who grew up, live in, and love the heartland.
Motivated by the belief that where you live shouldn't determine how healthy you can become, we're helping the heartland fight our way back to healthy through structured strength & nutrition programming suited for life out here.
Couple that with access to a community of rural American's aligned to the same goal -- Rural America's Gym becomes far more than guided workouts, but rather a community of like-minded folks chasing better for themselves & their families.
Come on, we have work to do.
