I found fitness via a few dumbbells in the basement of my parent's house in rural Missouri circa March 2020, not in a commercial gym or studio. There, I fell in love with the idea of taking care of my body so it could take better care of me & realized how simple and effective a few dumbbells combined with informed programming could be.
& that is exactly what I want for you. Together, we'll make use of the space we have, whether our living room, basement, garage, or heck, the barn out back.
We'll root for each other, get physically & mentally stronger, and reveal a version of ourselves we love.

Pre adulthood, where Abby was, Alli was also. Call it the life of an identical twin, sure. Or, call it early smarts that little Alli recognized that following Abby meant good things were bound to happen.
Whether it was a high school relay race or to the friendships that resulted in the most laughter — I’ve often found my stride on the hip the gal listed above. Here is no different. With mission at the front and dreams on the horizon, I'm giddy at what’s ahead for us all.

Where rural America leads with what it looks to live rich, sustained lives. Mentally & physically.
